FIDIC编写的标准合同文件

FIDIC下设的专门工作委员会已经编写了如下一些标准合同文件。

1、《土木工程施工合同条件》（红皮书）

Conditions of Contract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction (The Red Book). Fourth Edition 1987 Reprinted 1992

Part I General Conditions with forms of tender and agreement

Part II Conditions of particular application with guidelines for preparation of Part II clauses

2、《业主与咨询工程师标准服务协议书1990年版》（白皮书）

Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement (The White Book) Second Edition 1991

3、《电气与机械工程合同条件》（黄皮书）

Conditions of Contract for Electrical and Mechanical Works (The Yellow Book). Third Edition 1987 Reprinted 1988

4、《设计-建造与交钥匙工程合同条件1995年第1版》（桔黄皮书）

Conditions of Contract for Design-Build and Turnkey (The Orange Book). First Edition 1995

Part I General Conditions

Part II Guidance for the preparation of Conditions of Particular Application Form of Tender Agreement

5、《土木工程施工分包合同条件1994年第1版》（棕色皮书）。

Conditions of Subcontract for Works of Civil Engineering Construction. First Edition 1994

以上文件在我国都已经有了汉字译本，它们大部分英汉合印。对于渴望学会阅读英文原版的人员，是很好的材料。这些译本虽然个别地方译得不确切，甚至有错，但是暇不掩玉。
