沥青:采用SBS聚合物改性沥青;u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
碎石:采用柞水营盘镇石料厂生产的碎石;u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
石屑:采用柞水营盘镇石料厂生产的石屑;u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%

四、马歇尔试验u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
按照设计要求在矿料中增加了2%水泥替代部分矿粉、拌合沥青混合料中加了3.5‰pl-1型沥青抗剥落剂,用计算确定的矿料配合比,分别采用油石比3.0%u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
3.5%、4.0%、4.5%、5.0%、制作5组马歇尔试件,每组4块。成型时两面各锤击75次,沥青加热165℃,拌和锅拌和温度175℃,击实温度165℃。通过马歇尔试验,测定试件的密度、稳定度、流值,计算沥青混合料的最大理论相对密度,空隙率、沥青饱和度和矿料间隙率。试验结果汇总如下:u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%

根据5组试验结果绘制的关系曲线查得:u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
相应于密度最大值的油石比为4.72%;u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
相应于稳定度最大值的油石比为4.04%;u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
相应于要求空隙率范围中值的油石比为4.0%;u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
相应于要求饱和度范围中值的油石比为3.91%;u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
空隙率、饱和度、稳定度、流值共同符合规范要求的油石比范围为3.53%-4.3%。u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
OAC1=(4.72+4.04+4.0+3.91)/4=4.2%u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%

根据所确定的最佳油石比4.1%,制作马歇尔试件,测定各项指标。结果见表:u¼Æ;ï/Þåbbs.3c3t.comã$¶/o(¾H%
