碎石:采用柞水营盘镇石料厂生产的碎石;ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
石屑:采用柞水营盘镇石料厂生产的石屑;ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×

按照设计要求在矿料中增加了2%水泥替代部分矿粉、拌合沥青混合料中加了3.5‰pl-1型沥青抗剥落剂,用计算确定的矿料配合比,分别采用油石比3.0%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×

4.0%4.5%5.0%、制作5组马歇尔试件,每组4块。成型时两面各锤击75次,沥青加热165,拌和锅拌和温度175,击实温度165。通过马歇尔试验,测定试件的密度、稳定度、流值,计算沥青混合料的最大理论相对密度,空隙率、沥青饱和度和矿料间隙率。试验结果汇总如下:ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×

相应于密度最大值的油石比为4.72%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
相应于稳定度最大值的油石比为4.04%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
相应于要求空隙率范围中值的油石比为4.0%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
相应于要求饱和度范围中值的油石比为3.91%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
空隙率、饱和度、稳定度、流值共同符合规范要求的油石比范围为3.53%-4.3%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
OAC1=(4.72+4.04+4.0+3.91)/4=4.2%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
OAC2=(3.53+4.30)/2=3.9%ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×

六、最佳油石比歇尔检验ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
根据所确定的最佳油石比4.1%,制作马歇尔试件,测定各项指标。结果见表:ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
试验表明,油石比在4.1%时各项试验指标均符合技术规范要求。ƒ‡Ï nkRFbbs.3c3t.com©öJÞ@½¡Ã×
