  2000年8月24日,中华人民共和国交通部以交公路发[2000]434号文发布了行业标准《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTJ041-2000),于2000年11月1日开始施行。该规范作为我国公路工程建设中的主要技术法规,对提高我国公路桥梁施工的技术水平、规范施工工艺、保证工程质量起到了重要作用。# ¼þ€DùD°Ëbbs.3c3t.comŸ6&ïÿÎã
  进入二十一世纪以来,我国公路桥梁工程的建设发展迅猛。不仅在内陆的大江大河及西部的高岭峡谷上建造了大量的桥梁,在东部、东南部沿海地区也建造了数座具有世界先进水平的大型近海桥梁工程;公路网国道主干线的建设,亦建造了数量众多的中小跨径桥梁和涵洞。为适应新形势发展的需要,交通部于2006年下达了《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTJ041-2000)的修订任务。# ¼þ€DùD°Ëbbs.3c3t.comŸ6&ïÿÎã
本规范系根据中华人民共和国交通部交公路发[2006]439号文《关于下达2006年度公路工程标准制修订项目计划的通知》的要求,对《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTJ041-2000)进行修订而成。# ¼þ€DùD°Ëbbs.3c3t.comŸ6&ïÿÎã
鉴于本次修订涉及的内容和参编单位较多,为此成立了编写领导小组,由下列人员组成。组长:弓天云;副组长:刘元泉、田克平;成员:李祖伟、杨思名、刘晓东、王中文、曹瑞、薛光雄、张鸿、张世军。编写领导小组对本规范的修订承担了组织、协调工作。# ¼þ€DùD°Ëbbs.3c3t.comŸ6&ïÿÎã
  本次修订的主要内容为:将原第9章模板、支架和拱架中拱架的内容调整到第16章拱桥;原第6章混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程中增加了高性能混凝土的内容;在第7章预应力混凝土工程中增加了无粘结预应力和体外预应力;新增加了第14章扩大基础、承台与墩台、第21章海洋环境桥梁、第26章施工安全与环保、第27章工程交工。同时对有关章节的内容作了适当调整与补充。# ¼þ€DùD°Ëbbs.3c3t.comŸ6&ïÿÎã
