简介  刘家坪中桥预应力体系采用四孔5Φj15.24夹片锚,预应力钢束为高强度松弛钢绞线,标准强度为 =1860Mpa,公算面积为140mm2。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
操作操程šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
一、预应力筋的张拉šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
准备工作:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
1、张拉前检查孔道是否堵塞 :检查锚垫板是否与预应力筋垂直,张拉力作用线与预应力的轴线是否重合一致;检查锚具与锚垫板是否紧密结合,清除锚垫板上的杂物;空心板混凝土的强度是否达到设计强度的90%以上(即36Mpa以上)šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
2、计算预应力筋张拉应力值及理论长度:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»

①控制应力:Ъk=0.75 =0.75×1860=1395MpašBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
②控制张拉力:P=1395×140×5=976.5KN(无超张拉)šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
③初应力:根据规范初应力为张拉控制应力的10%~15%,(施工规范P129),在此取0.1Ъk。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
Ъk初 =0.1×1395=139.5MpašBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
初始张拉力:P初=139.5×140×5=97.65KNšBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
④钢绞线延伸量计算šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»

θ:从张拉端至计算截面曲线孔道部分切线的夹角。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
钢绞线延伸量采取分段计算叠加,详细计算(见附表1):šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
我部采用的是自锚式千斤顶(长度40cm),钢绞线回缩量取2.6mm,šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»

根据附在后面的检验证书,根据荷载所在区间进行直线内插可得初应力、控制应力对应的油表读数,(见附表2)我部已具备的张拉设备都已经技术监督部门认可,并配备专业的操作人员。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
3、张拉:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
①预应力张拉时,按顺序对称、分批、分阶段张拉,以防过大偏心压力导致空心板出现阶段较大的侧弯现象。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
②预应力张拉采用双控的方法,钢铰线张拉控制应力采用1860×75%,以伸长值进行校核,实际伸长值与理论伸长值的偏差不超过6%。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
③滑丝、断丝若超过规定,进行更换,如不能更换,可提高其它束的控制拉力,但最大张拉力不超过千斤顶的额定能力,也不超过80%con。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
④在张拉控制应力稳定状态下进行锚固,并保留尾索24小时以观测回缩值。切害锚具外的预应力筋用高速切割机切割,切割预留3cm。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
⑤张拉如发生异常,应立即停止,待原因查明后方可继续张拉。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
二、压浆:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
1、压浆前的准备工作:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
1)割切锚外钢丝:应用切割机切割,严禁用烧割方式切割。预应力筋割切后的余留长度不得少于3cm。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
2)封锚:锚具外面的预应力筋间隙应用环氧树脂胶浆或棉花和水泥浆堵塞,以免冒浆而损失灌闪压力。封锚应留排气孔。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
3)洗孔道:孔道在压浆前应用压力水冲洗,以排气孔内粉渣等杂物,保证孔涎畅通,保持孔道润滑,而使水泥浆与孔壁的结合良好。在冲洗过程中,如发现有冒水、漏水现象,则应及时堵塞漏洞;当发现有串孔现象,又不易处理时,应判明串孔数量,在压浆几个串孔同时压注,或者某一孔道压浆后,立刻对相邻孔道用高压水彻底冲洗。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
2、水泥浆的拌制šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
1)、水泥浆的主要技术条件:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
(1)、水泥:宜采用硅酸盐水泥或普通水泥;采用矿碴水泥时,应加强检验,防止材性不稳定,水泥的标号不宜低于P.O42.5号。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
(2)、强度:不低于设计强度40Mpa。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
(3)、泌水性:最大不超过3%,拌和后3h泌水率宜控制在2%,24h后泌水应全部被浆吸收。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
(4)、流动性:在流动性测定仪上进行试验,水泥浆片仪器内流出时间不超过6S。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
(5)、膨胀率:水泥浆中(通过试验)查渗入适当膨胀剂如铝粉等,铝粉等,侣粉的掺入量约为水泥用量的0.01%,水泥浆掺入膨胀后的自由膨胀应小于10%。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
(6)、收缩率:不大于2%。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
2)、水泥浆的拌和:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
  先下水再下水泥,拌和时间不少于1分钟,灰浆过筛后存放于储浆桶内,此时桶内灰浆仍要低速搅拌,并经常保持足够的数量以保证每根管道的压浆能一次连续完成,水泥浆自调制到压入管道的间隔时间不得超过40分钟。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
3、压浆:šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
  压浆时应按孔道自下而上的顺序压浆,压浆时应缓慢、均匀的进行,不得中断,并应将所有最高点排气孔依次一一放开和关闭,使孔道内排气畅通。较集中和邻近的孔道,宜尽量先连续压浆完成,不能连续压浆时,后压浆的孔道应在压前用压力水冲洗通畅,压浆进程中及压浆后48h内。结构砼的温度不得低于5oC,否则应采取保温措施。当气温高于35 oC时,压浆宜在夜间进行。浆的稠度控制,用标准稠度筒测试,一般控制在15秒至20秒之间。šBÙóÐG¢bbs.3c3t.comùz !œHÁ b»
