根据现场勘探,总配电箱装在变压器下,内装800A总隔离开关,Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
1只3-6A三相四线有功电镀表,每路三只300/5互感器,二只400A分隔离开关,每只分隔离开关下装额定电流400A漏电动作电流≤100mA的触电保护器一只。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
分配电箱内装100A总隔离开关一只,30A分隔离开关2只,额定电流32A漏电动作电流≤50mA的触电保护器2只。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
照明配电箱装60A三相总隔离开关一只,15A分隔离开关2只,额定电流60A漏电动作≤30mA的触电保护器2只。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
所有开关箱均采用杭州金峰电器有限公司XLJ系列。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
四、场内配电线路安装Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
1、变压器I从总配电箱400A分隔离开关下引出一路线,线路沿线架空,配线为3×50+2×35m2铝芯绝缘线。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
2、架空线电杆采用杉木电杆,装设五线横担,电杆间距为30米左右,距施工便道一侧5米架设。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
3、配电箱的电缆应有套管,电线进出不混乱。大容量电箱上进线加滴水弯。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
4、支线绝缘好,无老化、破损和漏电。支线应沿电杆架空敷设,并用绝缘子固定。室外支线应用橡皮线架空,接头不受拉力并符合绝缘要求。(危险、潮湿场所和金属容器内的照明及手持照明灯具、应符合要求的安全电压)。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
5、照明导线应用绝缘子固定。严禁使用花线或塑料胶质线。导线不得拖拉或绑在脚手架上。照明灯具的金属外壳必须接地或接零。单相回路内的照明开关箱必须装设漏电保护器。室外照明灯具距地面不得低于3米。金属卤化灯具的安装高度宜在5米以上。灯线不得靠近灯具表面。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
6、总配电箱设一组重复接地,其接地电阻<4Ω,距离总配电箱超过50M的分配电箱及末端配电箱均应设置重复接地装置,其接地电阻<10Ω。与电气设备相连接的保护零线应采用截面不小于2.5平方毫米的绝缘多股铜线。保护零线不得装设开关或鉴定器。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
7、架空线路在一个档距内每一层导线只允许有一个接头,架空线的档距不得大于35米,线间距不得小于0.3米,架空线的最大孤度与地面距离应不小于施工现场4米、机动车道6米。架空线必须设在专用电线杆上,严禁架设在树上或脚手架上。架空线应装设横担和绝缘珠,其规格、线间距离、档距等符合架空线路要求,其电杆板线离地2.5米以上应加绝缘珠。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
8、作短路保护的熔丝按照公式Irn=(2.5~3.5)Io计算(Irn-熔丝电流,Io-电动机额定电流)。严禁用其它金属丝代替熔丝。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
9、办公室、宿舍等室内配电线采用绝缘导线,用瓷瓶等固定,距地面高度不得小于2.5米,室内所用导线截面铝线不小于2.5平方毫米,铜线不小于1.5平方毫米。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
10、配电箱、开关箱应采用铁板或绝缘板制作,铁板厚度大于1.5毫米,固定式配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面的垂直距离应大于1.3米,小于1.5米。移动式配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面的垂直距离应大于0.6米,小于1.5米。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
11、配电箱内的工作零线应通过接线端子板连接,并应于保护零线接线端子板分设,配电箱、开关箱必须防雨、防尘、加锁。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
12、每台用电设备应用专用的开关箱,必须做到“一机一闸一保Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
护”。严禁用同一开关直接控制二台及二台以上用电设备(含插座)。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
13、对配电箱、开关箱进行检查、维修时,必须将其前一级相应Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
的电源开关分闸断电,并悬挂停电标志牌,严禁带电作业。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
14、所有配电箱、开关箱在使用过程中必须按照下列操作顺序:Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
(1) 送电操作顺序为:总配电箱——分配电箱——开关箱。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
(2) 停电操作顺序为:开关箱——分配电箱——总配电箱(出现电气故障的紧急情况除外)Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
15、施工现场停止作业一小时以上时,应将动力开关箱断电上锁。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
16、在池下、管道内作业时照明应用36V以下安全电压照明,在Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
金属管理内使用行灯电压不得超过12V。照明变压器必须使用又绕变压器,严禁使用自藕变压器。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§

重新使用和连续使用一个月的漏电保护器,应认真检查其特性,发现问题应及时维修更换,严格做到三触保,所有配电箱均应上锁,由现场电工负责保管。Å÷XX¯)bbs.3c3t.comfóMN@ù§
