钢桥面铺装是大跨径钢桥建设中的一项很复杂、很关键的技术,在当前仍然是世界性的技术难题。钢桥面的受力状态、铺装材料的基本强度、变形性能、抗腐蚀性、水稳性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、粘接性、抗滑性、施工工艺等要求很高。在我国虽然通过虎门大桥、广东汕头宕石大桥、厦门海沧大桥、武汉白沙洲大桥等的实践,双层SMA钢桥面成套技术,日趋成熟,但是我们也不得不承认,该工艺引入我国时间较短,未经过时间的检验,基本上还不能说有成功的经验,向三峡西陵长江大桥、虎门大桥等几座大桥在竣工后不久,不同程度上都进行了翻修,甚至全面返工。FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<

在国外,尤其是日本及欧洲在长大跨径钢梁斜拉桥、悬索桥的建设已经具有悠久的历史,在桥面铺装方面有许多成功的经验,但是日本、欧洲的气候条件与我国有很大差异。日本属东亚季风气候并具有海洋性特征,形成较为温和和湿润的海洋性气候,即冬无严寒,夏无酷暑。欧洲的气候条件就更好。天津地区属温带半湿润季风气候,具有海洋型与大陆型过渡气候特点,气候温和,四季分明,雨量充沛,春秋季短,冬寒夏热。夏季降水集中,易出现暴雨造成夏涝。其余季节雨水偏少。本地区7~8月份温度最高,最高气温39℃左右,按美国SHRP方法计算,路表最高温度T=Tair+26.3,当气温达到39℃时,路表最高温度达65.3℃。冬季时间长,最低气温可达-15℃左右,昼夜温差大。这样的气候差异必须考虑,并在设计与施工中引起足够的重视。我国近几年虽然引进了大量的先进的机械设备,在此方面不落后于发达国家,但是在筑路材料的生产、开发、应用上还严重落后,从沥青、砂石料等各种原材料还严格遵循就地取材,节约成本的原则,生产的原材料质量还达不到西方国家质量要求,这也是我国高速公路质量达不到西方发达国家高速公路质量的一个重要原因。 FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<

3、  防水粘接层由满布厚0.8-1.2mm的粘接剂及在其上撒布一层预拌沥青碎石层组成,具有连接防护漆与铺装层的粘接作用,同时具有较高的强度和一定的低温变形能力及较高的硬度。该材料在70℃以下使用均具有良好的抵抗剪切变形的能力。预拌沥青碎石采用硬质碎石与0.5%-0.8%的石油沥青在180-200℃温度下拌和而成。防水粘接层上撒布预拌的碎石,在其上层的SMA10混合料高温摊铺与碾压成型过程中,其已嵌入SMA10混合料中形成整体,铺装完成后,该层不独立存在。FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<

1、施工条件。SMA铺筑厚度薄,松铺系数较传统的AC小,且表面粗糙,摊铺后冷却快,给压实带来困难,钢桥面使用高粘度改性沥青SMA混合料,为保证施工和易性,混合料的施工温度比一般的SMA大约提高25-35℃,在这样的情况下必须有较高的环境温度,因此要求施工时最低气温与路床温度为15℃。FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<

2、混合料的生产和铺筑FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<

混合料的生产采用间歇式拌和装置,生产率为120t/h,拌和装置具有精确的计量系统,自动化程度高。由于加入纤维,矿粉用量大及采用高粘度改性沥青,增加了干拌和湿拌时间,使拌和装置生产率大幅度下降,实际生产率仅为60-70t/h。FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<

为适应SMA混合料铺筑厚度薄、冷却快的特点,必须在最短时间,在135℃以上温度将混合料压实到要求密度。整个压实作业采用2台INGERSOLL-RAND DD-110双钢轮振动压路机一步压实的方式。2台压路机紧跟2台摊铺机趁热压实,压实长度控制在20-30m以内。以往的试验证明,在170-180℃的高温下进行碾压,SMA混合料都很稳定,没有发生纵向推移现象。下层采用高频率低振幅模式进行振动压实,上层采用静态模式压实。FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<

本技术方案主要参考厦门海沧大桥钢桥面铺装施工的经验,也借鉴了其它桥梁施工技术方案。海沧大桥桥面铺装层的厚度为65mm,而海河大桥铺装层厚度为60mm,根据欧洲的经验,SMA最小厚度应为混合料集料最大标称尺寸的2.2倍,铺装上层SMA13的适宜厚度为35-45mm我们采用了30mm,主要受总厚度60mm的制约,因为在实际施工过程中铺筑厚度将会有一定的波动,在厚度不足30mm的部位容易出线压实度不足或空隙量大的质量缺陷。FÚòŸ6¯?Û bbs.3c3t.com1Âß¾€‡<
