1、试配强度的计算:FC=50+1.645*6=59.9Mpa;Z÷$¡L?¹_bbs.3c3t.comzý.æe2j{¯
2、水灰比的计算:本配合比采用假定法进行选定W/C,0=0.32;Z÷$¡L?¹_bbs.3c3t.comzý.æe2j{¯
3、选定单位用水量:因设计坍落度为70-90则取W=191Kg/m3,但FDN-5B减水率为17%,W,0=191*(1-0.17)=159Kg/m3,,Z÷$¡L?¹_bbs.3c3t.comzý.æe2j{¯
4、计算单位水泥用量:C,0=W/(W/C)=497 Kg/m3;Z÷$¡L?¹_bbs.3c3t.comzý.æe2j{¯
5、根据经验确定砂率:SP=31%;Z÷$¡L?¹_bbs.3c3t.comzý.æe2j{¯
6、计算减水剂用量:497*0.014=6.958 Kg/m3;Z÷$¡L?¹_bbs.3c3t.comzý.æe2j{¯

8、经初步配合比按8升量进行试拌,该配合比的实测坍落度80mm、78mm,满足设计的70—90mm的设计要求,棍度和含砂情况为中等,保水性和粘聚性均良好。所以该初步配合比做为基准配合比。Z÷$¡L?¹_bbs.3c3t.comzý.æe2j{¯
