二、合格投标人的资格要求òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
1、符合中华人民共和国招标投标法第二十六条和《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定的投标人资格条件： òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
2）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
3）具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
4）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
5）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
2、本项目对投标人资格的特定要求：òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
1）注册资金在人民币100万元及以上或等额外国货币(以发布招标公告当日外汇牌价中间价计算)及以上。òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
2）投标人向DNA实验室发出参加投标单位在第三方中立地点或专业展会的邀请，需提交展位编号及所展示的产品。òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
3）拟定DNA实验室设备演示方案，方案提交到招标方。òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
4）我方将组织专家观摩团对DNA设备进行考察，提交《论证报告》到评标委员会。òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
三、投标单位需提供以下资质文件（必须加盖单位公章）：òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
（1）公司、企业法人工商营业执照副本复印件；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
（2）投标人身份证复印件，非法人投标的必须出具授权委托书原件、法人身份证复印件；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
（3）税务登记证副本（国税，地税）复印件，机构代码证复印件；òÝþ†§À¾3bbs.3c3t.comPóSQídÛ"–
