为了了解硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土的早强和抗冻特性,做到心中有数,确保工程质量,某厂选用一特种水泥厂生产的525#硫铝酸盐水泥和一水泥厂生产的525#普通硅酸盐水泥,分别配制C45混凝土,在同坍落度和条件下养护,进行混凝土强度和抗冻性能的对比试验。

    从表1可以看出在水泥用量基本相同的条件下,硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土早期强度发展比普通水泥混凝土快得多,1天可达设计强度的88%,3天可达设计强度的113%。也就是说硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土浇注一天后,即可进行下道工序施工,三天后即可拆模,这为加快工程进度提供了有力的保证。

    由表2可以看出,硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土在正、负交替的自然条件下,早期强度的增长仍然比掺防冻剂的普通水泥混凝土要快得多,3天强度可达设计强度的70%,7天可达设计强度的80%,14天可达设计强度的104%。
    由于硫铝酸盐水泥混凝土是从水泥根本解决了抗冻问题,即使混凝土强度很快达到了混凝土强度标值的40%(抗冻临界值),此时混凝土毛细孔中的水结成冰所形成的膨胀应力小于混凝土的约束力,已无法破坏混凝土。而普通混凝土仅仅是依赖了防冻剂中防冻组分来降低冰点,使混凝土不受冻;利用早强组分来提高早期强度,未从根本上解决问题,因而强度的增长很缓慢,这从表2中得到了充分反映,这给施工和工期带来了很大影响,所以在北方冬季施工中,使用硫铝酸盐水泥是保证工程质量的有力措施。(中国水泥网 转载)
