电子零件通过电子组装(SMT and DIP)制程构成我们所使用的各种电子产品而组装的最主要方法是用焊锡(solder)将零件引脚(leads)及线路板(PCB)连接导通。为了将零件与PCB间结合的焊锡熔化,必须通过可提供高热源的设备,如回流焊接机(Reflow)、波峰焊接机(Wave solder)、电烙铁(solder Iron)或返修工作台(Rework Station)等进行作业。因此,所使用的零件首先必须要承受实际生产过程中的热冲击,并且不可产生实效现象。而零件的接触脚与焊锡的沾锡品质特性(wetting Characteristic)则是影响到产品后续可靠度的重要因素。·ÅOL .æ`
