随着国民经济的高速发展,交通量迅速增长,车辆大型化,严重超载等现象使沥青路面面临严峻的考验,许多高速公路建成后不久就不能适应交通的需要,早期破坏的情况时有发生。为缓解高速公路重载交通下的动水压力,我国开始应用推广以沥青碎石为代表的柔性基层。沥青碎石基层可以增强路面排水能力,减少沥青层的温度收缩裂缝和防止反射裂缝的发生,改善路面使用性能,提高其使用寿命。 836¡^ƒ#abbs.3c3t.comÝä”Q;íÊ»

邢临高速公路是河北省“四纵、四横、十条线”公路网主骨架的重要组成部分,是河北省“十五”期间重点公路建设项目。全长104.64km,双向四车道,路基宽26m,设计车速100km/h。邢临高速公路在K0+000—K15+600段,进行了柔性基层沥青路面铺筑试验,选用沥青碎石用作上基层材料。 836¡^ƒ#abbs.3c3t.comÝä”Q;íÊ»

沥青碎石基层即沥青稳定碎石类沥青混合料,其设计的基本的思路是保证沥青混合料中具有足够的粗集料,使之具有很好的高温、力学性能,按其设计的空隙率大小可以分为3种:开式(排水式基层,设计空隙率在15%以上)、半开式(设计空隙率在8%~15%之间)、密实式(设计空隙率在3%~8%之间),由于本项目作为高速公路基层,因此采用密实式的沥青混合料。 836¡^ƒ#abbs.3c3t.comÝä”Q;íÊ»

本试验段沥青碎石基层厚度ATB-40为10㎝厚,采用一层摊铺;ATB-30沥青碎石厚度为12、14、16cm,考虑到用一台拌和楼,为防止摊铺时离析,12、14、16cm沥青碎石采用两层摊铺。施工时采用两台摊铺机联合摊铺,前一台摊铺机靠中央分隔带一侧摊铺,一侧传感器搭在钢铰线上,另一侧用浮动基准梁,后一台摊铺机一侧传感器搭在钢绞线上,另一侧用滑靴,两台摊铺机相距一般为5—10m,横向搭接宽度应有5—10㎝,把滑靴放在前一台摊铺机铺出的基准面,调整好横坡,进行摊铺。摊铺过程中,摊铺机速度保持2m/min均匀行驶,在铺筑过程中,摊铺机螺旋送料器应不停顿的转动,两侧保持有不少于送料器高度2/3的混合料,并保证在全宽断面上不离析。施工时,两构造物间尽量一次摊铺碾压成型,以减少横缝。 836¡^ƒ#abbs.3c3t.comÝä”Q;íÊ»
