2、碎石:为淮土料场生产的4.75—26.5碎石。经试验检测该批碎石4.75-16mm占25%和4.75-26.5mm占75%各项指标均满足规范要求。具体指标如下:
8、经初步配合比按8升量进行试拌,该配合比的实测坍落度80mm、78mm,满足设计的70—90mm的设计要求,棍度和含砂情况为中等,保水性和粘聚性均良好。所以该初步配合比做为基准配合比。
水泥:砂:碎石(4.75-26.5):碎石(4.75-16):水:FDN-5B=497:555:926:308:159:6.958=1:1.117:1.863:0.620:0.32:0.014在基准配合比的基础上,保持用水量不变,水灰比各增加或减少0.02,砂率也相应各增加或减少1%,则对应的W/C=0.30,SP=30%和W/C=0.34,SP=32%。

根据以上配合比试验结果分析,A组、B组配合比满足试配强度要求,但本配合比为室内配合比,砂及碎石的含水量为零,在现场施工中应实测现场砂及碎石的含水量,并根据砂及碎石的现场含水量换算为施工配合比。恳请试验监理工程师结合施工单位的施工水平以及施工现场的实际情况,选取A组或B组配合比指导现场施工,请贵办审批。
