·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ贵州省地方标准《山砂混凝土技术规定》由原贵州省基本建设委员会于一九七八年三月以(78)黔基设字第89号文颁发执行.规定总结了贵州省20余年试验使用山砂混凝土技术的经验,它的颁发与实施,取得了极大的社会、技术经济效益,加速了我省建筑业的发展.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ原规定实施十七年来,混凝土技术发展较快.混凝土等级也有提高,外加剂的品种增加了很多,使用也更为普遍.山砂的生产与山砂混凝土的使用量逐年上升.为了适应我省建筑业的发展,使山砂混凝土应用技术规程与现行混凝土结构、工程设计、施工及验收规范一致,省工程建设化办公室下达了对原山砂混凝土技术规定修订项目,由贵州中建建筑科研设计院承担并于一九九五年十一月九日通过评审.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ第一章总则·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ
·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ1.1为了在我省基本建设中贯彻“因地制宜,就地取材”的原则,合理的生产山砂和利用山砂配制普通混凝土,特制定本技术规程.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ1.2本规程中的山砂系白云石质和石灰石质岩石经开采的筛选物,不包括其它岩质的山砂.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ1.3本规程中的山砂适用于配制工业与民建筑物和一般构筑物中的普通混凝土和预应力混凝土.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ ·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ第二章山砂的质量要求·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ

·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.1山砂混凝土除耐磨性较差外,轴心抗压,混凝土与钢筋粘结力,弹性模量,均不比普通中、粗河砂混凝土低.抗折和抗拉强度,疲劳强度修正系数均接近中、粗河砂混凝土.山砂混凝土物理力学性能指标可按国家现行标准《混凝土结构设计规范》规定取用.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.2自然山砂混凝土的收缩徐变值要比中、粗河砂混凝土收缩徐变值大10%.机制山砂混凝土的收缩徐变值与中、粗河砂混凝土相近,两者均能满足国家现行标准《混凝土结构设计规范》规定指标.为了保证预应力构件抗裂性安全度,预应力混凝土构件应使用机制山砂.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.3由于山砂中粉末含量一般较大,为了提高混凝土强度和节约水泥,宜配制低流动性混凝土.在配合比设计中,宜采用低砂率、低水灰比和选用强度高、粒形好的未风化的母岩破碎的砂与外加剂配合使用.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.4山砂混凝土应采用机械搅拌,机械振捣.搅拌时间较国家现行标准《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》的要求再延长一分钟.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.5为了保证山砂混凝土强度的正常发展和减少收缩.必须加强养护工作,需特别注意早期养护. 养护期内应覆盖并保持表面经常湿润.早期浇水养护时间不得少于7d.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.6用白云石质或石灰石砂配制的混凝土,外加剂不得采有酸类物质,以免造成混凝土强度降低.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.7山砂混凝土可用一般蒸汽养护,不得蒸压养护.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.8凡不符合本规程的山砂,须经过试验有充分依据或已有可靠的工程实例,方可使用.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ3.9本规程中有关山砂质量的未尽条款,按国家现行标准执行.关于混凝土结构设计,凡本规程未规定事项,仍按国家现行标准《混凝土结构设计规范》及《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》的有关规定执行.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ第四章山砂检测规则·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ
·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.1检验分类·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.1.1产品检验分:生产检验和型式检验·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.1.2每批产品必须进行生产检验.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.1.3当产品有下列情况之一时,应进行型式检验.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.1.3.1新选砂源及调整生产工艺时.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.1.3.2当生产工艺有较大改变时.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.1.3.3国家有关机构提出进行型式检验时·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ 正常连续生产每年应进行一次型式检验.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.2检验项目·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.2.1生产检验项目包括细度模数,颗粒级配、比重密度、泥块含量、小于0.16mm及0.08mm含粉量.对于大于等于C30强度等级的混凝土应进行压碎指标测试.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.2.2型式检验项目:包括生产检验项目,另增加化学组份检验(含0.16mm及0.08mm以下粉未的化学成份分析)是否与母岩相同.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.3生产检验以400m3或600t为一检验验收批.如场口生产量小者,则以每周连续生产量为一检验验收批.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ4.4抽样及样品数量,按国家现行标准执行.·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ附录一山砂压碎指标试验方法·ä(IYèbbs.3c3t.comÌñÑ
