1.烘箱,最高温度为200℃,并有自动调温设备。 ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡

下表各级筛孔尺寸可作参考,但不一定限用此孔径值,例如净孔尺寸亦可采用65、35、12.5毫米等。 ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡
孔径的分档及尺寸可按当地习用标准。 ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡

1.用四分法取样,试样经烘干(或风干)后备用。 ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡
2.按规定取试样: ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡
3.准确称取试样重量g0,按筛孔大小的顺序过筛,直到每分钟的通过量不超过筛余量的1%为止。但每号筛上筛余层的厚度应不大于最大粒径,如超过,应将该号筛上的筛余试样分成两份,再次进行筛分。过筛细粒料时,亦可采用摇筛机,振荡摇筛15分钟。 ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡
4.称取各筛筛余的重量为g1。注意不得用于挤压筛料通过筛子。 ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡
5.计算分计筛余百分率和累计筛余百分率,并绘制级配曲线。‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡
(1)分计筛余百分率,各筛号上的筛余量除以试样重量,以%表示,计算至0.1%。 ‡åa–÷Uø3±bbs.3c3t.comNý6@ÿHÙh€‡
