坍 落 度:30~50mm ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
材    料:中方县盛泰料场:中砂ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        中方县盛泰料场:5~31.5mmð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        水泥:金大地水泥有限公司 P.O32.5级ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
1)、确定试配强度,取δ=5.0Mpað%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        fch=fce+1.645δ =30+1.645×5.0Mpa=38.225 Mpað%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
2)、计算水灰比:ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        W/C=A×fce/(fcu.o+A×B×fce)  ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        =0.50×32.5×1.13/(38.225+0.50×0.61×32.5×1.13)ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        =18.36/49.43ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        =0.37取水灰比为0.43ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
3)、用水量取170kgð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡

5)、砂率取31%ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        假定砼湿表观密度为2350Kgð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        则S砂=(2350-395-170)×0.31=553Kgð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
      G碎石=2350-395-170-553=1232Kgð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
6)、初步配合比为:C:S:G:W=395:553:1232:170ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
      =1:1.40:3.19:0.43ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
7)、试拌材料用量,每盘料取0.035m3ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
      C=395×0.035=13.8Kg             S=553×0.035=19.4Kgð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
    G=1232×0.035=43.1Kg            W=170×0.035=6.0Kgð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
        8)、增加两组关联配合比,水灰比分别增加0.05和减少0.05,用水量不变,砂率不变。ð%B’«L„2Òbbs.3c3t.comg˜4¾eZkf¬¡
