3、泌水率及膨胀率要求符合规范。 d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
三、 设计条件:d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
1P.O 52.5R II;(经检测各项指标符合规范要求)d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
2、外加剂FDN-1(掺量暂取4%d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
3、膨胀剂(低泌水、微膨胀,掺量暂取1%d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
4、饮用水(经检测各项指标符合规范要求)d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
四、试配步骤:d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
计算试配强度:净浆配合比设计材料单纯,只要计量准确不存在太大的偏差,结合混凝土配制强度计算要求,标准偏差σ2.5Mpa就完全可以了,Rp=R+1.645×2.5=40+4.1=44.1Mpad@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
确定水灰比:暂取0.39d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
假定容重1900/m3(经验取值)d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
计算每立方米各种材料用量d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
水泥+外加剂+膨胀剂+=1900d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
/水泥=0.39d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
经计算得:d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
水泥=1319/m31320/m3d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
外加剂=1320×4%=52.8/m3d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
=1320×0.39=514.8/m3d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
膨胀剂=1320×1%=13.2/m3d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
五、  试拌0.01 m3材料用量:d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
水泥1320×0.01=13.2㎏;d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
外加剂52.8×0.01=0.528㎏;d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
膨胀剂52.8×0.01=0.528㎏;d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
514.8×0.01=5.15㎏; d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ

水泥:外加剂:膨胀剂:=1:0.04:0.01:0.39=50:2:0.5:19.5d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
实测容重1910/m3;稠度17S;泌水率及膨胀率符合规范要求;R7天抗压强度43.7Mpa;达到设计标号的99%,符合设计及JTJ041-2000规范要求。d@f¦èŠ/¹’ bbs.3c3t.comCtl$Ð7ߒ
