为加强陕西省道301线府谷至店塔一级公路工程施工质量的控制管理工作，确保工程按期、保质、高效建成，我部工地试验室严格按照《设计规范》、《施工规范》、《试验规程》以及管理处对管理办法，并结合我部承担的工程实际，特制定本办法。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

试验室共十二人，主任一人负责全面工作，副主任一人负责日常工作的安排，其余试验人员分别负责：室内土工试验一人，室内建材试验二人，室外土工试验二人，室外桥涵工程一人，预制场一人，现场挡护工程一人，资料收集整理二人。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

全线试验人员全部持有铁道部产品质量检验中心颁发的“检验员证”，针对该工程的特点工地试验室在开工前对所有试验人员岗前再培训。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

3.1 工地试验设有标养室、水泥软练室、建材室、力学室、土工室和办公室。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ
3.2 标养室设有温度湿度自控仪和1.5P冷暧空调，温度控制在20±3℃，相对湿度大于90%，并每天进行“温湿度记录薄”的登记工作。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ
3.3 制定了安全防火措施和配备了相应的设备y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

我部所购买的水泥、钢材、钢绞线、锚具、桥梁支座、伸缩缝等重要原材料（含成品材料），在材料进场前必须向驻地办提供相应的产品合格证明材料和管理法规定的试验报告。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

粉煤灰、白灰、石料、砂子、土等一般原材料在进场前必须向驻地办提供本办法规定的试验报告。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

所有材料，必须在征得驻地办试验工程师同意后，将原材料（含成品材料），送中心试验室做验证试验，经中心试验室验证合格、驻地办审批以后方可进场，并对每一种材料都必须有标识牌。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

驻地办根据我部和中心试验室的平行试验结果进行审批并报监理管理部备查。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

对于某些原材料（含成品、半成品）的试验，在我部工地试验室和中心试验室都无法完成时，则由我部与驻地办试验工程师一起取样委托有资质的试验检测机构进行试验。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

所有原材料进场后，我部按“技术规范”和管理办法的规定对其进行自检试验，确保其各项技术指示不低于规范要求，自检合格后，驻地办按监理规定的抽检频率进行验收。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

试验结果合格后，我部应将材料试验工程师认可的试样送中心试验室做平衡试验，且试验工程师必须在我部给中心试验室的委托书上签认。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

工地试验人员在接到审批后的设计理论配合比，应根据现场材料进行试拌，确定最佳的施工配合比。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

拌合站必须实行挂牌制和计量人员旁站监督制，并作好“砼（砌石）灌（砌）注日记录”，制作和养护检查试件送检；砼（砂浆）检验程序详见附录三。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ

路基填土前，必须进行基底复查，选择试验段确定合理的铺土厚度和碾压遍数，确定出了“五区段”、“八流程”的施工工艺。y1³>íâžbbs.3c3t.comRp<_.P-ÆÃ
