控制点,管桩入土部分桩头高出地面0.51.0时接桩,接桩时,上节桩应对直,轴向错位不得大于2mm。采用焊接接桩时,上下节桩之间的空隙应用铁片全部填实焊牢,结合面的间隙不得大于2mm。焊接坡口表面用铁刷子刷干净,露出金属光泽。焊接时宜先在坡口圆周上对称点焊6点,待上下桩节固定后拆除导向箍再分层施焊。施焊宜由23名焊工对称进行,焊缝应连续饱满,焊接层数不少于三层,内层焊渣必须清理干净以后方能施焊外一层,焊好后的桩必须自然冷却8分钟方可施打,严禁用水冷却或焊后即打ËðÚöøu½à!bbs.3c3t.com¤€Ã{ÈìÇȀ
