由于大湾隧道出口位于崩坡积层中,属于不稳定地质结构,因此采取抗滑桩措施对边坡进行加固,以达到施工及隧道本身的安全。施工方案如下:œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.

完成洞口上截水沟施工,鉴于施工便道从隧道上方通过,且靠山一侧(向洞内方向)有排水沟,可以起到截水沟的作用,因此,不再另修截水沟。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
1.2施工放样在控制测量工作完成后,将1-6#10-19#23-28#抗滑放样出来。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.

准备开挖所需风钻,风镐及爆破器材,另每个桩配备两台手摇(或电动钻车)绞车œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.

21先完成隧道开挖范围以外的1-6#10-19#23-28#œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
22洞身范围仰坡开挖,再施工拱部大管棚及边墙超前小导管,浇筑洞口套拱,最后进行隧道下部开挖。开挖至H=339.28后施体,洞身范围内7-9#20-22#抗滑桩。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
三.施工方案œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
31开挖顺序œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
1-6#23-28#中心间距3m,相距搞滑桩间边距仅有1m10-19#抗滑桩中心间距为2.958m,边距仅有0.958m,因此采取隔一挖一的施工顺序。首先施工1610192328桩,计22根桩,完成后施作隧道套拱,后进行79,2022桩施工。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
32开挖方法œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
321采用人工结合风镐开挖,如遇块石则采用钻眼,小爆破,以把石头炸裂开来为目的,严禁大量装药,进入基岩采用爆破开挖。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
322桩井开挖2m后立即施作锁口,每下挖每2m下一节护壁。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
322开挖达到基岩,采取爆破后进行开挖。爆破结束,要采取一定时间排烟,或采用高压风口喷散烟尘后,施工人员再进入,进行出碴。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
33砼浇筑œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
331开挖到设计标高后,将加工好的钢筋在桩井内进行绑扎、焊接。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.

四.施工注意事项œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
1.爆破作业最好采用电起爆雷管。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
2.起爆前认真清点炮孔数,起爆后要认真听取记清炮声数,如有哑炮,不要急于下桩井处理,要等待一段时间。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
3.雨天开挖采取防雨措施,可以用粘条布或其他防雨工具在桩井上方搭设防雨棚。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
4.桩井锁口高出原地15cm。防止地面水流入桩井内。œÛtj’ÖTbbs.3c3t.comrØÙ°¹Ó½üy.
